Today I had a bacon cheddar uncle burger from A&W.

shareLast week while visiting my family in North Dakota, the first night I was there, I grabbed a McDonald's cheeseburger and small fries around 11 pm after not eating since breakfast. When I got there (during a raging downpour) the line for the drive-through was umpteen cars deep. I decided to brave the rain and headed inside. Apparently, indoor dining closes at 10 pm, but I didn't know this. The doors were open, so I went in and used the kiosk to order. Afterwards, as I stepped to the counter, an employee came out from the back and explained that the indoor area was closed. I apologized but mentioned that the doors weren't locked and their kiosk allowed me to order and pay, so... Thankfully, she was kind enough to complete my order and I was on my way.
PS - The only time I eat fast food is when I'm on the road and need something quick so I can continue my journey.

LOL, I'll bet it was delicious. When you're really really hungry, pretty much anything tastes really really great.
My wife and I will often stop at McDonald's for an egg mcmuffin. Breakfast is so hard to mess up yet so many independant restaurants do. The mcmuffin is a decent sandwich, always consistent, and McDonald's coffee is good as long as you get it during breakfast (busy time).
