The little girl from Poltergeist was heartbreaking, she was only twelve and died from Chrones Disease. I’m not sure what that does but I think it comes from dirty water.
Heather O'Rourke died from congenital stenosis of the intestine complicated by septic shock, not Crohn's Disease. Also Crohn's is an autoimmune disease with no known cause. :)
shareMy theory is that crohns and like diseases are a combination of unlucky genetics and a gut microbiome thrown out of whack from food filled with additives, antibiotics and hormones. It's very telling that it mostly affects 1st world countries, although it's now emerging in Countries adopting a Western lifestyle.
