What is it about certain people who are very sensitive, so much so that some others find them unbearable to be around?

From my experience with people I've known,
If I disagree with them, they think there's something wrong me and not them.
They tell you to see a psychologist cause they think I'm the weird one. I want to tell them they're weird, but they'll just disagree with you and end up blaming you for things.
They like to judge people. If they don't judge, there wouldn't be problems. It's like it's their job or purpose in life to judge others so they can tell you what's bad about you. And when you want to hear something that's good about you, they hardly talk about that.
