Nip/Tuck (at least during season 1 Dr. Troy drives cool cars and sleeps with hot women, amazing lifestyle rich plastic surgeon... exotic location Miami)

Burn Notice

Mission: Impossible (spies, exotic locations, cool gadgets)

The Rockford Files (not a rich guy but... nice car chases, charismatic lead actor, private detective... also gets some pretty women throughout the series)

"The Saint" starring Roger Moore.

I never watched "Remington Steele" but it stars Pierce Brosnan, so maybe.

"The Man From U.N.C.L.E." - it's not fresh in my memory so I can't say for sure

"The Avengers" - I mainly remember the Diana Rigg ones

I have watched all these and they are great.

1.) 24
2.) Condor
3.) The Bureau (Le Bureau des Legendes)
4.) Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan

Both La Femme Nikita (1997) and the more recent Nikita (2010) series, about the titular assassin and her agency.

Dollhouse (2009) is a fresh take on a spy type show, with a recurring class slipping into new intriguing roles each week.

And for a more humorous spin on the material, there's of course Archer (2009).
