Is Egypt a good vacation?
I'm sure seeing the historical landmarks would be amazing, but after that, being in a sandy, islamic desert, I might get a little uncomfortable.
Anyone been?

If you're really into culture and food you'll have a blast. If you're only going to look at the pyramids you'll probably be miserable. But if you want to ride camels, touch the waters of the nile, hear the wild music, eat all that weird food, it's like stepping into a movie. Yeah, it can be pretty hot and smelly. It's like that anywhere you go.
shareYeah I'm done for that.
shareIs Egypt part of Africa or the Middle East?
sharePart of Africa, and the middle east because it goes over the Nile.
Some maps have it has part of the middle east, others don't.
When I think of Egypt, I think of Arabs, sands, desert, and pyramids. Ala the Middle East. Not black people like in Africa. To me, it's middle East. There's hardly any black people in Egypt.
shareThere's only one person who's opinion matters Andy...I actually want to know the answer...degree Anthropology.
