I'm having my own James Bond marathon

After seeing NTTD last week, I decided to watch all of the James Bond movies in the order of their release.
Honestly, there are a few I barely remember, so this should be fun.

Now pay attention 007.

reply

LOL - maybe I will like the Timothy Dalton movies better than I remember! I'll do a review after I've finished all 24, (not including NTTD, since I just saw that.)

reply

Do you not have Pluto Free Streaming TV? They've got a whole James Bond channel! Just the pre-Craig Bond films played over and over forever!

reply

No, I don't. I must admit I live in the dark ages when it comes to streaming - easier for me to pick up what I want at the library, pop it in, and watch it.

reply

You can watch nearly all of them on youtube. I did just that about a year ago.

reply

I'll have to check that out.

reply

Which ones that are available fluctuate but check back weekly. I managed to watch everything over about a month.

I changed my mind on many of the movies on a rewatch. I'm interested in what you have to say afterward.

i still find "on her majesty's... " one of my favorites in terms of story
once you watch them give us a rating etc.

I'll echo what someone said about Pluto tv, great free app. I flip on the Bond channel all the time. I did what you are about to embark on a couple of years ago, it's both fantastic and at times a chore. Some things were exactly as remembered (Moonraker absolutely horrid- Still thought Dalton was a great actor in movies I disliked-For Your Eyes Only a fantastic, underrated entry.) and some things really seemed different, like On Her Majesties Secret Service. Hated it for years after seeing it as a child but it's a fine Bond outing even if Lazenby can't compare to the rest.
Hope you enjoy!

that's 27 in total.

reply

Three days is enough then.

reply

OMG - I can't watch that many movies in a row - LOL. About 2 -3 a day is my limit - perhaps not really a non stop marathon, but for me it's close enough.

reply

no one could do that.

reply

I think I might do the same.
