sharePerfect scene 10/10
Munny seems to vaguely understand the sense of grief the boy is feeling after the shooting but Munny has killed so many people at this point in his life he almost seems to envy the boy for having any emotion about it at all
It brings to mind the fact that a fine, decent woman had to rein him in from all of the hell-raising he got up to in his younger years
Great movie

shareThank you for the responses. I've always considered it to be perfect. The wind blowing just made it so much more cinematic, and the juxtaposition of Munny and "The Kid", who had been bragging about how tough he was, while Munny was so far beyond being "tough" and wasn't trying to prove himself at all but still understood what "The Kid" was going through.
share10/10. As someone who's NOT into westerns, I absolutely love this film. This scene & when Munny finally confronts & kills little Bill are some of my absolute favorite movie moments. Absolute perfection. Deserves all the praise & awards
"Deserve's got nothing to do with it"
