Can somebody help me figure out what this movie was I saw years ago?

About 13 or 14 years ago on a movie channel, I saw this movie which I can hardly remember anything about, but I've been searching and searching going by the few details I remember about it, but can't figure out what it was.

All I remember is, it was an early 70s movie, the title of it was something like Some name, king of vampires, or some name, king of something.

I remember this king/leader of whatever it was lived in this secluded location like a cave or something. I have a feeling it might have been about vampires but I can't say for sure.

I know it's not much to go by, but it's worth a try.

The Fearless Vampire Killers (1967). AKA Dance of the Vampires.

No, that isn't it. It was an early 70s movie. I'm not totally sure it was about vampires, but it might have been.

Maybe Simon, King of the Witches (1971)?

Just to be sure the movie is in English? you sure it was from USA, or in other words can't remember any accent?
