What are you watching?

Wholly Moses 1980...imdb rating 4.6. Probably should be closer to 5.2, pretty stupid and silly, but a fun drinking movie.

Terminal velocity 1994. Charlie Sheen skydiving movie. With shooter McGavin with bleach blonde hair, a prerequisite for a bad guy in the late eighties early nineties. I shall reserve judgement untill the end. But it's not looking great. For true Charlie Sheen fans only, I think. Or recreational skydivers.

Good call. I did that too, watched them all in a row. Try Saw 1-4, its a fun marathon.

Well, my review of this film kind of suits you:

’’ This movie was tragic. This movie was good. It was a good tragedy. 7.5/10"

On the Town (1949), a musical comedy starring Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra.

I just finished "They don't cut the grass anymore". It's a unique experience. 6/10

reply

Just finished this https://moviechat.org/tt0087777/The-Naked-Face, which could easily be bumped up to a 6/10 at the least. It includes some well known actors with good performances, albeit Rod Steiger was a bit over the top, which is sometimes his style, but it makes sense eventually, as the story evolves. It also ends with a plausible, surprising twist. Pretty good movie entertainment, imo.
