Top more liked and disliked 2020 western movies in Douban (the Chinese iMDB)

It's a report that includes some sections about non-Chinese movies (mostly western ones, and some Korean, you have to scroll down), including a list of the most liked and popular ones, and the most disliked and unpopular ones.

Top most liked:
1. 1917
2. Ford and Ferrari
3. JoJo Rabbit
4. Dark Waters
5. The Gentlemen
6. Little Women
7. Richard Jewell
8. The Man Standing Next (Korean movie)

10. Tenet

Top most disliked:

What I'm picking up on is they mostly like traditional style storytelling. Mostly male centric casts and stories. They like action and aren't big on PC propaganda.

Not so sure. It's true that it seems to be the common elements in liked western movies. However, when you go to the top rated Chinese movies, you have

1. A Sun, crime drama

Lots of romance and drama and barely any action (with the exception of a war movie), the cast has both male and female leads, and even you have a gay story in the top 10.

They dislike woke movies, that's clear. But I don't think they like action movies or anything similar in terms of genre. It's more like a list of the few western movies that are not woke (or not too much, at least). The only exception seems to be 'Little Women', and I think that movie is in the list because it managed to get a winning romance+drama combination.

I don't know anything about Chinese cinema so just went off your list. Seems to show a different picture when it comes to their own films.

Not surprised about JoJo Rabbit, they love Hitler over there!

That said, lists like these are fake.
