I just finished Hitchcock 2012, not very impressive, just boring. I had to keep myself interested by reading Wikipedia entries about Hitchcock.
I've seen Psycho many times, so I thought I'd revisit Psycho 2. I'd seen it many years ago..Quentin Tarantino has said he prefers this to Psycho the original. So far I think its a good slow burn horror/mystery.
JUST STARTED THE SECOND HALF OF A BLOCKBUSTER CATCHUP DOUBLE FEATURE...I JUST FINISHED GODZILLA:KING OF THE MONSTERS AND NOW IM WATCHING STAR WARS:THE RISE OF SKYWALKER.
I HALF LOVED GODZILLA AND HALF UGH...WE SHALL SEE WITH THIS STAR WARS FLICK.
I recently saw Godzilla vs. Kong..It was good for what it was supposed to be. It has a lot of nostalgia, but I just don't think you can make an interesting storyline to go with it. Its like Transformers, all about the visuals and not about the story.

shareI agree that movie and Godzilla vs. Kong came the closes to making it about the story instead of the fight, but I think it difficult for the story to compete with the monster CGI fights. For me I go back to the original Clash of the Titans, story and fight scenes.

sharetbh, i like/admire MF but his jesus stuff and crypto-trumpy stuff puts me off.
russo is hilariously entertaining, but i only believe maybe half of what he says.
w/ sammy, it all seems true, but the stories heavily tilt to him looking very good indeed. the thing about him is the depth of his experience as a street guy, boss & informant. he's been at it from every angle, and is widely respected.
I'm giving psycho 2 a 5/10 nothing special here.
