AC/DC also scored a number 1. I'm sensing a trend, people just wanting good songs and entertainment without the X rated add on's and politics?
shareYep!
My thread regarding this: -

I think I said something similar there too. I would like to think that movies and tv shows catch up as well, people are sick of politics being rammed their throats all the time. There only job is to entertain.
shareThe last Macca album I really liked was Flowers in The Dirt, but I'm giving it a proper listen now, Kiss of Venus, Lavatory Lil, Pretty Boys and Deep Deep Feeling I like so far.
I’m a massive Macca fan (even though he has recorded one or two atrocious things in the past). I’ll be ordering this when I return home.
shareI'm much more of a Beatles fan, I kinda stopped buying Macca albums after Off The Ground which I found disappointing. I’ve never really given his newer albums much of a listen since, although I love House of Wax from Memory Almost Full but it was even a cover by a metal artist that got me interested in that!
shareI would put all his recent stuff under the good, not great column.
