How dangerous is it to let someone give you a facial?

I don't to sound like I'm joking or making a vulgar statement unnecessarily, but I was wondering -- how dangerous is it to allow someone to give you a facial?

Like sexually?

How likely is it that you can get anything from it? Give anything to someone from it?

Or get hurt from it?

What can happen to you? Where can it happen to you? What can you get, if anything?
