I just looked up the breed of Hooch (as in Turner and Hooch).

Selling for $3K-$4K where I live for a puppy. Dear enough.

Got me wondering, what have you paid?

My last two were free. The one before I paid an adoption fee to the shelter of $150, and my boy came with all his shots and a neuter, so I consider that free.

I just picked up a rescue dog. The shelter cost me $350.00. My previous dog cost me $100 from a neighbor. Why exactly are "rescues" better again?

Could be deworming, shots, and if they are snipped. People that I know that have gone to shelters around me say it's like $50.

He was $100 and is a chocolate lab. My brother paid $$1,200 for a pug. I will never understand spending more than a couple hundred bucks for a dog unless you are using them for shows.

Nothing. Saw kitten in the middle of the road looking terrible. So I took her to take care of her.
