How long until the terms 'male' and 'female' are replaced with 'cis-male' and 'cis-female'?

For those who don't know, if you identify as the gender "assigned" to you at birth (generally based on biology), you are CIS.

A cis-male is someone who was born with a penis/testicles and they said "oh it's a boy!" and they grew up to say "yes, I am male."

A cis-female is someone who was born with a vagina and they said "oh it's a girl!" and they grew up to say "yes, I am female."

I will never say CIS female and male. Will not replace language for men and women like "birth giver" referring to pregnant women for an example. I don't think everyone will. Don't care that celebs want to be that extreme. These people seem to think can influence elections when time and time again its shown no ones cares what they think. They overrate their reach.

No rules.
We all can identify each other by the language we choose to use. People that want to use it should use it. Who cares? I personally find "cis" use to be pretentious but there's no law against being pretentious. I am sure it will be replaced over and over with newer hip terms. Politics breeds buzz words and, as with everything, this is a politicized issue.
