The Human Problem
Am I the only one that sees a problem with human behavior? Has anyone noticed humans desperately trying to achieve goals that matter to no one? Humans- what are they good for?

shareAre you talking about things like getting likes on social media?
shareabsolutely nuttin honey
sharejriley, not the answer I was looking for, but no other answer fits. Btw, as ridiculous and destructive humans, I think you're probably not so bad.
shareSay it again.

shareI've been doing dishes and singing it since I read your comment. π
shareI think I'm just getting old and out of touch. Or maybe I've always been out of touch, as humans have never really made sense to me.
shareGirl, that's why we get along I think. Background doesn't matter, what your life decisions are don't matter, but when it comes down to it, truth is truth. Making less sense every day.
shareI've been hearing about a post truth world since the 90s (I know the concept has been around a lot longer, that was just when I learned about it) and everyday it rings more true.
shareI'm happiest alone and feel the most lonely around people.
shareYEAH...THOSE PEOPLE SUCK...MY 10,000 POSTS MAKE ME A BADASS THOUGH...TOTALLY DIFFERENT MATH.π
shareI know dude! Super impressive. The people that don't know how to do that math are unworthy. Is there a way to make a kowalski board, where people can talk all things kowalski?
Seriously, I really appreciate your cat efforts. You are making a huge life adjustment to improve the quality of feline lives, and that's no small thing. I know humans caused the problem to begin with, but good for you for caring and trying to rectify it.
and the lakers are doing much better.

C'mon db, don't patronize me. I've been smoking herb and asking questions for a long time. Just never had the platform to ask "normal" folks what they thought. My condition? Human.

Babydoll, I'm always trying to have fun with you. Why you gotta be so serious?π
shareIβm glad to see you back. To give my answer to your question, I believe the vast majority of our species are described by what Henry David Thoreau wrote in βWalden,β that βThe mass of [people] lead lives of quiet desperation.β Human profess has always been made by a tiny percentage of humanity, while the rest are the equivalent of gerbils on a treadmill. Some humans are priceless gifts. The rest do what they can.
I firmly believe that people need to be licensed to have children. We have too many children brought into this world to parents who lack the skills, knowledge and financial wherewithal to raise them properly.
Motherfucking rkane. Haven't seen you in a minute. I appreciate your optimism, but all it does is breed more useless humans. Skills, knowledge, finance? What does any of that do?
shareIt helps to raise people who have a firm sense of purpose in life, froggy, and who know how to achieve that purpose. Most people breed children, but they do not raise them.
shareCouldn't agree more. Firm sense of purpose is key. Anyone know what that purpose is? Then we could figure out how to achieve it.
shareConsensus. Humans are aware they are a blemish on this planet, but no one cares. As humans it's in our nature to be greedy. We take what we think we need, and success means having more than the other guy. The planet is a slave used to improve human comforts.
Human self-importance will be what wipes us off the planet. We thought it was our planet to own. Nature is telling us we were dead wrong.
Lol at all the people that tried to act right to gain acceptance, money, success. Lol at the people that think they're more valuable because they have money. Lol at the people that thought our species was more intelligent than any other. Too late now, gonna enjoy the ride. Doing drugs, listening to danzig. Anyone else doing anything more productive?
*billhicksfan always knew.
