There is a guy I work with that is constantly accusing me of things I did not do and is telling on me to my boss. I am completely shocked when I talk to my boss at work when she asks me about it. I just look at her and I tell her I did not do those things my coworker accused me of; he is always constantly targeting me. How should I deal with this??

shareIt sounds like he might be taking advantage of your mild nature. In my 20+ year working career I have come across quite a few people who like to play power games at work. Generally I find it's because they are insecure personally and that's why they target people they think are less confrontational, it's an easy way to give themselves a sense of power and control that they are lacking in other parts of their lives.
I'd just sit down with your boss and request a mediation. As soon as this person is confronted officially he will crumble and I wouldn't be surprised if he never troubles you again. Good luck.
Textbook example of a bully. The guy obviously has insecurities or low self-esteem if he feels the need to belittle others.

If you work for a bigger company then also involve human resources.
You should either send an email with copy to both or a physical letter.
Ask for the letter to be signed and keep a copy for yourself.
The more formal your accusation and way you proceed the better.
From what I understand your co-worker is only verbally accusing you.
When you start defending yourself in writing it will probably scare your co-worker.
I would keep documenting all of this in case you get fired you can take all of this evidence to unemployment office and it could serve as proof that your firing was unjustified, wrongful termination, and you deserve unemployment benefits while you look for another job.
Don't be afraid of anyone since you are not doing anything wrong.
If your boss believes your accuser without any evidence he's a dumb person.
If possible provide witnesses that can prove that you did not commit whatever it is you are being accused of.
Are there cameras at work? Request them to be reviewed.

Write down a timeline, so you can talk with precision about what he said, when he said, and what evidence or lack or evidence he provided.
Check how to record sound with your mobile phone. If you're having a conversation about the topic, turn it on quickly, leave it in your pocket and record it.
