For some reason I am in mood to watch such movie. I just finished watching "People Like Us" and I liked it. Any more movies where there is a protective brother who is looking after his sister?
Not looking for an over the top action flick. Just something more real.
Miami Connection (1987) is the movie that instantly came to my mind when you said overprotective brother. This guy is over the top for sure.

Highly recommended: Usagi Drop. It's an Anime about a man that must take care of a much younger sister he didn't know about and whom he adopts. It's a masterpiece.

And another Anime: Demon Slayer. Not a drama, though, but this was the most popular Anime last winter in Japan. It's about a guy whose sister is turned into a vampire, and how he protects her (and she protects him) and how he tries to turn her back.
