Is there any movie with an old man looking back at his life?

Not looking for a sci-fi movie like curious case lf Benjamin Button or Mr. Nobody.
I am talking about something more real. Like an old man passing on wisdom or just looking back at his life. Remembering his youth. The moments.

Note: I usually don't watch movies that are too old. Say prior to mid 80s.

Not exactly passing on wisdom, but looking back at his life....it’s good, a bit long....might be Scorsese’s last stand if that teddy roosevelt project doesn’t come about....

I think he's one of those people that looked like an old man when they were 20. Like Jimmy Stewart sounded like he was 90 when he was in his 30s.
