Is it okay for breakfast menus at restaurants to be categorized by course?
I want to start a restaurant, and want to know if you think it's appropriate to serve a breakfast menu with it's items categorized by course. Like, I want to serve a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu -- but when it comes to the breakfast menu, instead of serving a random array of items organized by other things versus courses -- I want to serve breakfast items organized by course like I plan to do with the dinner and lunch menu. Does that seem appropriate to you? Would you recommend that? Do you think that's stupid? What do you think? Why do you think that?
