Mine is:

Some Like It Hot!

I've watched it a dozen times and never get tired of it. It cracks me up, especially the ending.

Legends of the Fall
Cast Away
Kill Bill 1 & 2
Indiana Jones movies - except Temple of Doom
Star Wars - all of them
Overboard - 1987 version
