It make sit harder to know if he's dead because he's been retired for years and we don't see him anywhere. The same goes for Gene Hackman.

Not a celebrity, but of interest to anyone who saw 'Madoff' with Richard Dreyfus. There is a real-life character, a businessman, Carl J. Shapiro, played by Charles Grodin. Carl J. Shapiro, according to Wikipedia, is 107 years old!
