I think he's great, and brave: he's going into space. But I wish he would renounce Xenu and Elron.

Collateral and The Firm are the Cruise films I have enjoyed most.

I think he's a hyper ambitious nut with a dark side.
I recently watched an old interview with Rob Lowe, who was recalling the filming of "The Outsiders". He and Cruise had been given the same hotel room and when Cruise found out that he was going to have to share his room, he went ballistic. Lowe, whom I've always thought was a pretty easy-going, likable fellow, laughed over that one.
And Cruise publicly criticizing Brooke Shields' decision to use an anti-depressant after she had a baby really turned me off Cruise.
He ain't as Cruisey as he sounds.
