"You get what you paid for"

This is true for many things, appliances included.

For example, if you buy a stereo for $80, it'll be better than a stereo for $50.

However, this is not the case when it comes to vitamins.
I've bought $30 vitamins that do nothing for me, and $5 vitamins that help me in at least one facet.

We already knew this, but I still thought I'd point it out. This saying, like any other saying, is flawed.

I did learn that lesson once. I ordered a le steak at a local pub . 20 le dollar steak from a pub doesn’t compare to an actually steak house steak

I like Vitacost brand vitamins and supplements. Very inexpensive.

I like spreading the wealth with different brands.
Recently bought one called Focus Factor.
I have a good feeling about it, even though it was just $15 for a 2-month supply.

I used to take vitamins, but my doctor said if I ate well, they were unnecessary. So I stopped.

But I don't want to eat well. I want all the junkfood in the world! And snacks!

Fair enough. Carry on.

I think vitamins in general are a scam. We should get enough vits with what we eat, and taking vits doesn't actually make up for it. At least that's what I've heard.
