I’m gonna go with Stevie, Kobe is a legend but he’s still just an athlete. Stevie Ray was a once in a lifetime talent like Hendrix, and artistic genius merits more recognition than athletic talent, no matter how prodigious.
shareYeah but the fact that kids were on the kobe Bryant crash makes it way more tragic...and also killed any jokes that could be made. I made a joke before I knew there were kids and instantly regretted it once I found out, even though it was just to my brother.
shareSRV but I guess it depends on your age and taste in music. I barely know who Kobe was, I knew the name but still don't know what he was famous for.
shareBoth are terrible things to wake up to and see on the news, and both were tremendous talents in the respective fields, but I think Kobe takes the edge just because members of his family were also on board.
