What's The Last Movie You Watched?

What's the last movie you watched? Be it Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, cable or out in the theater. Just curious to see what everyone is doing this weekend.

Yesterday I watched the Eddie Murphy film Dolemite Is My Name on Netflix which was really good and very funny.

I began watching Godzilla King of the Monsters on HBO BUT tbh it was getting boring so I flipped through the channels and found on USA they were playing Bad Boys II uncensored so I ended up watching that instead.

Today I'll be watching NFL Championship games. I think this year for the Super Bowl it'll be Chiefs vs Packers that would be a good game. I'm trying to think of what I want to make this year for my Super Bowl snack I might get some wings at Wing Stop never had them or just get some wings at America's Best Wings, had them last year for the Oscars so their pretty good. :)

After I play a bit of Fortnite to get some challenges done I'll watch that new Tyler Perry film on Netflix A Fall From Grace which looks really interesting and good so I'll let ya'll know what I think of it.

Used Cars on DVD, definitely an underrated classic film from 1980

I'm actually watching the film Us (2019) right now :) I'd watched it last year, didn't really care for it BUT on second viewing it's not half bad.

The Day After Tomorrow. Good special effects, but laughable writing, acting and plot!

I saw that in the theaters when I was working there. My Dad liked it but yeah the writing doesn't hold up very well. Did you ever see the South Park episode The Day After the Day After Tomorrow.

reply

No I have not, but knowing those guys, it's probably hilarious. Do you possibly have a link to that, or know where
I could find it?

Thanks!

70,000,000 degrees below zero in South Park! 600,000,000,000 deaths in Chicago!

This is GREAT! Parker and Stone have done it again, this time skewering the Global Warming morons,
the George Bush blaming idiots, AND the lying sensation mongering MSM!

😎

PS And the STUPIDITY of this ridiculous movie!

You're welcome. Glad I could help.

Breakdown (1997) -- Always liked this movie, decided to re-watch it. Fair film, always hated Kurt Russel's (oh, please don't hurt me) passive behavior.

Though good enough to watch @ 2 in the morning.

Godzilla, King of the Monsters. Came on HBO Last night about 10, decided to watch it.

I heard it was really good and I tried to watch it but I got bored with it but I will try to give it another shot because I do like Millie Bobby Brown aka 11 from Stranger Things

I just finished watching The Fabulous Patars (aka. Cigarettes et chocolat chaud). This 2016 French comedy is directed by Sophie Reine and stars Gustave Kervern as a widowed father of two daughters. I really enjoyed it. The film is cute and quirky, with a lot of humour and heart. The actors all do a great job, especially young Héloïse Dugas as the teenaged daughter struggling with Tourette syndrome. I would rate The Fabulous Patars a fabulous 9/10. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates a good French comedy.
