foods that give you an upset stomach
marshmallows
onion rings
Nothing Iām aware of.
shareAnything that has specific artificial sweeteners in it that to this day I don't know the names of but gives me explosive diarrhea (for example, sugar-free Blue Bunny ice cream). I'm guessing it's whatever was in those Haribo gummies a few years ago: https://www.forbes.com/sites/samlemonick/2016/10/28/that-time-gummy-bears-gave-everyone-diarrhea/#61f117ca3618.
Maltitol š
I've only tried to follow an actual diet once, the Southbeach Diet. No sugar, and I have a sweet tooth so that was hard. Got some sugar-free candies to try to sooth the tooth. Nothing explosive happened, but it was unpleasant. On top of that, I got very sick after 3 days. I think the diet compromised my immune system. No more following diets for me.
Not long afterwards I found out Maltitol is a laxative.
Nothing so far.
shareCreamy pasta salad. Don't know why but it never really sits well with me.
shareHonestly, There is probably a smaller list of items that I can eat as I suffer from quite serious stomach problems, that I have had for around half my life. so pretty much everything I loved to eat growing up, I can't eat now without having serious stomach pains.

i am not a fan of garlic
shareIf you eat a whole garlic clove raw, make sure to remove the geen sprouts, as they are usually responsible for the burning sensation in your esophagus and stomach.
