Any movies you're all excited to see?
I'm very excited to see "Frozen II" and "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil." I saw the commercials on YouTube and they look good. I'm already humming the notes to the "Into the Unknown" song from Frozen II ;).

sharei'm optimistic because of the director. mike flanagan has made mostly terrific movies so far (absentia is one of my favourite indie horror films of all time). he has a genuine talent for taking material that ought to be tired & dreary and making it into something fresh & exciting & atmospheric.

his excellent home invasion thriller 'hush,' his previous king adaptation 'gerald's game' & his surprisingly good 'ouija - originals of evil' are all streaming on netflix (or at least they are in canada), along with his series 'haunting of hill house,' which i haven't got around to watching yet.
I didn't know he was the director, but I've seen Hush and Gerald's Game and enjoyed them. Hill House will be watched at some point, just haven't got around to it yet either.
