it's fine, there's nothing really wrong with it. but to me, that band was the embodiment of the slick, video-driven mtv style of that era. their records weren't awful, probably better than most of their peers, & at least they rocked every now and then.
but that's a style & era that has little appeal to me, & they are very much of that style & era.
