Is Led Zeppelin the greatest band of all time?

I first saw the greatest band of all time at Avery Fisher Hall in NYC's Lincoln Center on October 4, 1974.
Since then, I have seen Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band in concert over 200 times.

They’re on the short list, for sure. But “best” is highly subjective

Not necessarily my personal favorite (too bombastic too often) but I suspect if we took enough polls and weighed all the votes, Zep would come out on top. Beatles and Stones would be right there, and I don't begrudge anyone who points to The Boss as the ultimate rocker, but Zep covered a lot of bases and almost always sounded very well produced.

they are one of the best... I like Pink Floyd, The Doors, Supertramp more

I love Zep, but when it comes to classic rock I think I might rank the Beatles, Stones higher.
