Example: The owner of the beauty salon if she does your hair?
The owner of a restaurant if he delivers the food?
Any other situations where you would tip, but the owner is the one doing the work?
Nope. That would be rude. Except if you are way way richer, like Bill Gates or a president or something. That would be appropriate.
