Is Young Person a synonym for Black and Female?
And 'old' a synonym for white and male?
Sometimes it seems that way.
Weird, since, as far as I can tell, as many boys are being born as girls, and women still, by and large, live longer than men.
And although people of colour tend to have children at larger numbers than white people, the black population of the US is still 24%, and is about 14% in the UK.
