Trying to think of the name of a movie

I know I have only a few details. I can only remember a few details that might stand out to help identify it:

A man was having an affair, and is being blackmailed. The girl he had the affair with actually worked for the bad guys.
Vanity (I think it was her) was in it.
There is a scene when the girlfriend is grabbed, the bad guys put a board in front of her (I never understood why) and shoot her to death.
The "head" bad guy calls the man being blackmailed "Sport"
It was made in the 80s.
The girl (I think) played by Vanity is trapped in a parking garage, somehow they close fences around her car and she can't get out.

Does anyone know the movie name?
