Not a bad look at an international arms dealer played by Nic Cage. I had never heard of this movie until someone mentioned it on here yesterday. 7/10.

I used to think it was unbelievable how he doesn't age with the passage of time in this movie, but in real life, he doesn't age either, so totally realistic.

He's a decent actor when he has the chance to be. I think his reputation is worse than he really is because these days he just takes any kind of junk role for the paycheck.

I liked it considered it awesome, not anymore because of the fact that it is so outdated. I prefer latest movies they are better than old movies. Old movies age like whiskey, i.e. they are extremely distasteful.
