Favorite historical heroine?

My favorite is Joan of Arc (Jeanne D'Arc,) but mainly because of a video game I played.

Eleanor Roosevelt for me...she was a fine person who loved her country and all of the people in it

eleanor roosevelt
jane addams
florence nightengale
marie curie

Excellent pick Laura
There's a good chance Lewis and Clark never make it without her

Amelia Earhart was ahead of her time.

Great Heroine
I was taught that she ran out of fuel and crashed down into the ocean

More recent articles have stated that she may have touched down in the Marshall Islands and been taken prisoner by the fiendish troops of The Empire of Japan
I shudder at the thought

Hopefully she hit the Pacific and sank like a stone
RIP, she was a real brave person

Joan was a crazy chick!

I thought Madame Curie was pretty cool until I found out she had an affair with a married man. Not cool.

I like Nellie Bly.

Eva Braun.

I think you need to look up the word heroine. The only noteworthy thing she accomplished in her life was suicide.

Gráinne Ní Mháille (Grace O'Malley)
