What are your favorite Christmas specials when you were a kid?

What Christmas specials did you enjoy the most when you were a kid? Some that come to mind for me were Mickey's Christmas Carol (the cartoon one from 1983), The Little Drummer Boy, and Frosty the Snowman.

I've always liked "It's A Wonderful Life."

Oh, and "A Charlie Brown Christmas" or whatever it's called.

A Charlie Brown Christmas special is very good but it makes me cry. I also love It's A Wonderful Life too. It's such an amazing movie!!!

reply

What makes you cry about Charlie Brown? "It's a Wonderful Life" has me crying at the ending. I can't help it. Why can't we all just get along??

reply

When all the kids in Charlie Brown starting singing at the end. I don't know why but that scene always makes me cry. I too cried during the ending of It's A Wonderful Life when everybody was singing to George; love that scene!!!!

Oh, me too! I want to live in Bedford Falls, but I feel like we live in Pottersville now.

reply

I agree with you. I want to live in Bedford Falls too.

I love watching "White Christmas" too.

reply

I have never seen White Christmas. I should watch it. I also love Miracle on 34th Street; the original one with Natalie Wood. I didn't really care for the remake....

reply

If you like that one, I think you'll like White Christmas. I put it on when I'm bringing out my Christmas tree. It really gets me in the mood. 🎄

Oh, and "It's A Wonderful Life" is a good one, too. One of my favorites!
