Weekend plans anyone?

Been busy these days...family coming in from Florida and the NYC area to stay for a while
Im just doing silly house chores and such...gonna order horror movie marathon tickets tomorrow
And probably drink a bit:)

How's about my peeps?

reply

Going to watch a movie tonight (haven't decided which one yet). I'm going to see First Man tomorrow. I may go visit family tomorrow and I need to do laundry and go grocery shopping at some point this weekend. I hope to go to the mall and maybe buy a couple Criterion blu rays. And I will watch football on Sunday.

reply

Two good games on Sunday: Steelers/Bengals and Chiefs/Patriots.

reply

I'm predicting Steelers and Patriots to win.

reply

You are probaby right

reply

Not sure about the rest of the weekend, but I’m currently sipping on wine and watching the Brewers smoke the Dodgers.

reply

Carry on and have fun!
nice to see you around froggyandtoadie!

reply

Thanks bubba! My boys are going all the way this year.

Go Brewers!!!

Have fun chilling with the family this weekend.

reply

Thx!
You too🍻

reply

Go Brew Crew! That's one!

reply

Whoop whoop!!!

reply

Sleep!

reply

This is the correct response
You are being sent $5 Million via Pony Express🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈
It may take a while to reach you:(

reply

Especially since there is no pony!

reply

Spoilers Glen
Sheesh!!!

reply

It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it.

Try Raccoon Express.

reply

I'm going to watch Om Shanti Om. You know, the other Bollywood movie that is NOT Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

reply

But of course...two of the greatest Motion Pictures ever made!!
You wont catch me arguing with you sweetheart😍

reply

They are wonderful movies.

reply

Yo, back off, Mitch!

reply

I was agreeing with you.

reply

πŸ˜‘

reply

Tsk, no respect for Indian cinema!

reply

You get me
I really dig you
I tried your Indian movies...

I realized i cant stand Indian movies but i still adore you😍

Good enough babe??

reply

πŸ˜‘ At least give the Disney movies a try!

reply

I adore you Lady
But that will never happen;)

reply

Not even when we watch them together in my basement???

reply

What Disney movies?? What did I miss?

reply

Beauty and the Beast and other Disney animation classics.

reply

Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorites! Don't judge, but I like Frozen, too. Maybe because one of my granddaughters loves it, too.

reply

I really don't like Frozen, but I do love Tangled.

reply

I know that a lot of people don't like Frozen. We were clobbered with it, weren't we? My granddaughter is all about Elsa, but I thought Anna was the one to admire. Anyway, I like Tangled, too. Aladdin is another of my faves.

reply

I love Aladdin!

reply

I saw the Toy Story and Toy Story 2 with my son back in the 90s. He loved it.

reply

I really like the Toy Story movies.

reply

I tried Beauty and the Beast, because of you! But couldn't find the one you like. Harumph.

reply

How is that possible? It's such a great classic!

reply

I told you about this, my sweet one. The one I saw wasn't the surrealistic Renoir, nor the original Disney, it was ... I don't know, some other non-Stratego-approved version! (How dare they, anyway??! 😬)

reply

It's absurd! How dare they offer such trash! Avoid at all costs!

reply

Finally got out of the house today and ran errands, including a grocery run. I'll be busy this weekend shoving furniture around and stripping blinds, curtains, etc. from all my windows. I'm getting all new windows on Monday so I need to clear the way for the workers. Yay! Happy dance!

reply

No quit in you dear lady!
Sounds like a ton of work😩
Best wishes...we all know you got this!

reply

This ought to help my winter heating bill. Also had new insulation put in the attic. Hopefully this house won't leak like a sieve anymore.

reply

Double paned? Sounds good!

reply

Doesn't it? Anything is better than what I have now. Wood windows that must be 30 years old, seals disintegrating, etc. I'm excited. I'll be able to clean them without going outside!

reply

Get up Saturday and have my coffee. Then go for a long bike ride. Then a light lunch. Do some yard work and have some beers. Split some firewood for Sat. evening. Then steaks on the grill and more beer. Sit up by my outdoor fire-pit and get a fire going. Drink more beer by fire. After that take shower. Then pick out one or two movies we like and have some beers watching them. Probably not long after that pass out. My day in pictures:

Nice to hear from you 🌞!

It's a biopic about Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the moon way back in 1969. It has received good reviews, and is currently rated 7.5 on IMDB.

😎

reply

Sounds good
Thx Amigo

reply

You're welcome. I was going to see it tonight, but a friend of mine called and wanted to go to a festival, so I said yes. I'll probably see TFM next weekend.
