What about Quaker Oates?

I'm going to come out and admit when H&O were at their height of popularity, I was pretty sick of them.
The songs seemed to follow the same formula, with Hall taking the lead all the time.
But I think I was just annoyed at how big they were, reverse snobbery.
"Maneater" is a song that pops to mind. I guess "Your Kiss" (not sure that's the title) is pretty fun, and much different than the a-fore mentioned number.
Before they got really big, I did buy the LP (used) Abandoned Luncheonette, and my favorite was "Do What You Want To Do (But Be What You Are)." The hit from that album was "Sarah Smile."
Later they were just a little too pop and polished for my taste, but they're O-K.

Isn't it sad they aren't actual friends in real life?!

I can't say I'm a fan, but I have a soft spot for everything that's hella 80s. Out of Touch is probably my favourite.
