Do you buy/subscribe to magazines?
I once subscribed to Time Magazine for a few years but got over it. And a video arcade had their own magazine that I subscribed to as a teen.
Other than that, nothing.

Never subscribed to a magazine but I used to buy the new Future Music magazine on a monthly basis.
They used to give away free DVDs where music producers would show how they made one of there hit song’s.
WHSmith don’t sell it anymore and the music section is all crap
I like music mags but they seem to promote products too much.
shareI've subscribed to The Atlantic for many years, and sometimes I'll pick up the music magazine MOJO. They include a CD with some obscurities, which is fun, and there is a lot of content.
shareStill get Reader's Digest. Their short, interesting stories are worth a gander at.
Used to receive copies of WWE pro wrestling magazine for insider info and personalized accounts (only digital now).
Had plans set up with Nintendo Power and Game Informer when I had a lot more time for gaming, which I still indulge in.
While not for me, a family member was gifted a yearly Martha Steward Living collection, whom I would curiously look through to see what the big deal behind them was about and surprisingly found them insightful for general ideas.
Magazines can still be helpful if wanting to have info in one spot instead of having to scour the Internet, assuming the mags have what you're looking for and plan on using them again for reference. They're great at containing obscure info.
I recently started buying Classic Rock and Classic Pop, both are awesome reads if you like artists from the 70's, 80's and 90's.
sharePlayboy in the late 80s and early 90s.
shareFortean Times, for about thirty years.
shareI subscribe to National Geographic History. But I also subscribe to a number of kids' magazines for my grandchildren. It's my Christmas gift to them. I have nine grandchildren, but the youngest two (twins) are not old enough yet. Let me tell you - it can be a pain to manage that many subscriptions thanks to the fact that they all default you to auto-renew. I get tetchy about it because each magazine has a different process for cancelling. I think it's wrong to do it with kid magazines because they continually age out of the ones they're getting now.
