The kind that sucks...the kind I'm not doing so well at...take your pick😂 but seriously...just less calories...more exercise...no late night snacks...which pretty much means no late night weed👎 beer probably is a no no as well...ARG!!!

I want to be healthy and live for 60-70 more years so I try to do that too. I don't exercise like I used to but I also don't eat that much candy like I once did. I'd say goodbye to the beer and helllllo to the weed if you could stop yourself from going ham on some snacks. I can imagine it being tough though! Best of luck to you DF :D

Fortunately moobs aren't much of an issue...but she tells me I'm perfect no matter...she tells pretty lies😂
