Funny experience this morning with a misplaced skirt slit -- What would you do?

So this fairly attractive Asian lady (I believe Chinese) was sitting there waiting across from me, wearing a somewhat short and tight skirt, the bottom was a few inches above her knees.

The thing was, she was wearing the skirt wrong. The skirt was turned so that the slit that goes up the side of the leg was in front instead, centered between her legs. She perhaps thought the zipper in the back of the skirt was meant to be on her side, or just forgot to turn it.

She wasn't crossing her legs, so her thighs were pushing the slit completely open, and her underwear was clearly showing (too bad she wasn't going commando today!).

I didn't say anything, didn't feel it was my place to comment. If I was a female, I'm sure I would have pointed it out.

Would you have said anything? Also specify if you're male or female, if you want.

I also wonder if maybe she was a bit of an exhibitionist and wanted to give people a peek...

More importantly, we know what Harvey Weinstein would do, right guys?!

*holds out hand for a high five*

Right guys?!

reply

Maybe "pull a Weinstein" should be a new saying about guys being almost unable to control themselves.

Like I could have said to someone next to me, "I better get out of here, or I'm gonna pull a Weinstein."

reply

Sounds legit
Ive heard that Weinstein pulled a lot of Weinstein over the years

reply

He was pulling on his Little Weinsten

reply

Yup
Its a miracle the 'little fellow' hasn't been strangled by now!

reply

Somebody should Bobbit his Weinstein.

reply

I can see myself using that phrase, Frogarama! Hey this might be the exact moment when you coined a phrase! From now on I'll be sure to mention that I was there!

reply

Agreed
'Pull a Weinstein' is our generation's Moon Landing if you ask me
Leave it to Froggy to make history bro!

reply

Well I figured someone had beaten (no pun intended) me to it:

But I don't like the definition, it's way too specific. I like my definition better.

reply

An important rule to go by in any professional office setting that is a surefire underlying red flag:

Get the heck out of the room as fast as possible if a colleague takes off their shirt, exposing their stomach explaining, "Mind if I take it off? It's hot in here."

reply

You got a problem with my signature move dude?!?

Come at me Bro!!

reply

Let me guess, your yoga routine?? [smirk face]

reply

The very one!
Im flattered that you remembered☺️

reply

Darn, I don't know how to answer that one, a workplace spiritual belief exemption?

In that case, I don't want to find out. I'm sure can put your legs and feet in positions I can't even imagine. Better not cruise for a bruise with Shogie. You're Irish too, double whammy! All in good sport, mate. (^=^)

reply

It was a confounding post
No need to answer

Youre an Irish-American Boy too?
🍀👊🏻🍻!!

Always in good sport Twin,
always ...
you are good crazy fun buddy

reply

I am a lot of different backgrounds. My family got around quite a bit.

That's why you're a true Amigo, Shogie, fun to hang around.

reply

My peeps did the same bud...Liking the ladies is pretty fine times and so here we are lol!

You are cool dude
Damn glad to know 'ya!

I thought about it, but I was kind of wary that she would get angry at me for "looking."

It was impossible not to notice!

reply

[deleted]

She probably would have gotten mad if I told her, but then also said "nice panties, by the way."

reply

[deleted]

If she's mad then say, "Okay okay.. You may see my panties too. It's only fair."

reply

Hahaha!

"I'm Bart Simpson. Eat my shorts."

reply

Not much better but instead of complimenting her style of undergarment, praise her directly instead like, "You look nice in those panties, by the way." This way, it takes the tension away from her, more likely to get a positive response if she thinks you found her attractive rather than coming off looking foolish. It would still be akward though.

reply

You think she didn't know the slit was in front and was flashing everyone? That seems unlikely. I was watching an attractive Asian woman walking past a park when a gust of wind blew open her overcoat and she was naked underneath. It was just a quick flash. Lot of people get off on it.

reply

The only thing that makes me doubt this is that I would expect an exhibitionist to be looking around, trying to catch people's reactions. She was just listening to music and staring off.

reply

Some skirts do have splits up the front.
I think you were right to not tell her though, it may have been awkward and it may have seemed to her as if you were being pervy by even noticing.
You would think that people would be aware of their accidental flashing but I once spent an incredibly difficult hour in the company of a friend wearing shorts with those awful net inserts. Yup the boys were on display and he was oblivious. I didn't say anything and to this day he's no idea I saw his testicles.

reply

The Jack Tripper shorts are a serious NO-NO😱

reply

I think you told me about this!
The old twigs and berries ripe for the picking.

Do you still see him?
You should tell him he should get that mole on John Thomas checked.
Then watch his reaction!

reply

No I lost him in the divorce! He was a bit of a dick anyway, pun intended. A photocopier salesman, do I need to go on? Used to sigh loudly at his wife and say "Tune in Ali" if she didn't get what someone was saying.

reply

I know the type.
Please tell me when he said that he didn't snap his fingers at her.

reply

Was her skirt anything like this one????
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4cHd4T9YSQ

reply

No, thats some kind of v-cut, and it goes below the knees in the back.

This was a definite split, straight cut across the bottom hem, and the split went up to her groin level.

reply

Sounds like she either didn't know what she was doing.... OR, She Did!

reply

Go on...the people need more details
😎

reply

She had great legs, lean but meaty!

reply

Hmm...'the People' thank you!

reply

Then suddenly she grabbed my hand, pulled it onto her leg, and guided my hungry fingers up her inner thigh... Not even making eye contact.

Then I woke up.

reply

Goddamit...i always wake up just then too:(

reply

From a male perspective and a worker in the clothing industry I say perhaps that's how the model of the skirt is

reply

i had a similar situation years ago. i was in college at the time, on my way to class when i saw a stupidly good-looking woman in front of me. slightly goth-y looking, a touch waifish as i recall. and she didn't have her skirt done up at the back - i could clearly see her underwear.

we were both about to enter the uni centre, and i had to decide quickly whether i was going to say something. i'm really bashful, still am to this day, and most times i probably wouldn't have been able to work up the nerve to say anything, but i found some inner strength that day and quietly sidled up beside her & whispered 'excuse me...i'm afraid your skirt's not done up in the back.'

she was completely mortified, beyond embarrassed of course. i pointed her to the washroom & said 'sorry, there's no nice way to say that to someone!'

reply

A touch waifish? I've never encountered this word before, so I checked the dictionary but it says waifish is waif-like, which means resembling a waif or a homeless child...

reply

by strict definition, a waif is a girl who appears thin, frail & unkempt, perhaps homeless.

but it's often been used to describe women who are tiny - think ballerina types, or models from the days where they looked like a stiff breezed could knock them over, which is how i meant it.

reply

I see. Thanks for the explanation. Learning new things everyday!

reply

A few years ago I would have said something.
Honestly, the way things are now I don't think I would have said anything.

reply

I wouldn't have said anything, I would have just looked long enough to remember it :P

reply

I should have gotten a pic while pretending to text.... j/k!

reply

Lol yes exactly.
