What do you miss the most about the 90's?
Me what I miss the most about the 1990's was the low gas prices, food, toiletries were a lot more affordable and of course the music was a lot better.

shareDon't forget Monica Lewinsky!
sharePeople had a lot more patience and a lot more appreciation for simplicity.
People used to be able to wait a week to watch an episode of a tv show, and were really excited when that episode came. Kids could go to shops and buy loads of sweets for a really cheap price, and be satisfied by their purchases. But today I see 2-year-olds with iPads and the internet and I'm like, what are they going to be expecting on their birthdays when they're 5, 6, 7, 10? People use the word consumerism a lot, but if you compare the 90s to now, you can see how that word deserves a capital C in the present day.
People lived more simply, far differently than now. I'm not saying it was a golden era by any means, but this is what I miss.
Also, I kinda miss rap music being about something. Music of the 90s was generally corny, but at least some rap had deeper meanings. Now it's all "I'm the best/I'm 'bad'/I'm rich/I want to be rich" mixed with overt sexual overtones - sometimes the sexual overtones are the only focus of the song.
Another thing what I miss the most about the 1990's is it was a lot easier being able to find your vehicle in a parking lot because many vehicles didn't look similar to each other back then like they do now.
