There is a video, but, YouTube pulled it, finally permanently. It's still available on Brightman's "Diva" DVD. The video is an absolute direct hit as the duo perform this in Italian save the song title. 2 young people appear in it. Italian locations are the back drop as well as large empty cardboard boxes. The kids are adorable.
