Recently I enjoyed Daniel Pemberton's work in Man From Uncle and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword. As well as Marc Knopfler.

Mancini , Lalo Schifrin , Jerry Goldsmith , John Williams

Technically their music has featured in but not written for film. I'll go with the three greats. Beethoven, Mozart and Chopin

Of course Elfman and Williams, but I really loved what Wojciech Kilar did on the 1992 Dracula movie. Always meant to look up more of his info.

I'm also a big fan of Antonin Dvorak, and I only mention him because he influenced quite a few movie and TV themes. He had a big impact on John Williams, too. Dvorak's fifth (I think) symphony includes a section that sounds a LOT like the final award ceremony music in Star Wars (A New Hope), and also one that starts nearly identically to the Jaws theme.
