I got a hand me down Nokia 3210 but the first one I actually bought for myself was a Sony. I remember thinking it was the coolest thing ever, then it got stolen 😒

I think all or most early ones were Nokia. Can't remember which had but to make a call, I had to raise an entenna on it.
