But I can't remember the title. It's about a psycho who picks a group of people together and sees how they manage without food and water,they are locked in a basement I think. I think the last surviving lady plays dead and then stabs the bad guy. I use to think the movie was called Thirst but I can't find it.

Hunger 2009 sounds like the one I saw.
