Any Halloween Party plans?

I'm not going to any Halloween parties this week end. My Halloween is going to be taking my niece out trick or treating.

I'm jealous if anyone is able to go to one. :P

A friendly advice,Dazed..at least take a knife with you...could be useful.

reply

She's only four so it should be really fun. :)
How was your spooky walk? I was asked to be someone who is there to scare in a haunted house today, but I already had other plans. (Not Halloween related). I think that would have been super fun though.

That sounds awesome. I went to a haunted house before, and it scared the crap out of me, so yes it would have been nice to do it back. I hadn't done it before. I maybe could have squeezed it in, but didn't want to risk them counting on me and then not be able to.

With resident evil...mostly.

Playing resident evil?

I'll be on cruise ship with Jill, yes.

I know...and it's free.Lol

YUP! Tomorrow night. At my neighbors house so I can get wasted and not worry about driving home. Haha.
There will be shots and watching of the David S. Pumpkins animated special. Every time he says 'ANY QUESTIONS', take a shot!

And the skeletons are?

PART OF IT!

reply

I love turning movies or tv shows into drinking games. haha. And yes, not having to worry about a drive is awesome. Are you getting dressed up?

reply

YUP.
I'm going as Melisandre from G.O.T. (with magic necklace, not the 400 year old hag Mel)
The night is dark and full of terrors.

I recently purchased the book Teenage Wasteland by J.A kershwell, its great if you love b movie horror from the 80s. I'll be chilling with my book and some 80s horror movies.

sweet, sounds like a good night in.

And lots of junk food,lol

reply

That seems like all I've been doing is eating junk food lately, and its not even Halloween yet. haha. Grab all that candy the day after when it goes on sale. I have never done that but I've seen people do it.

reply

Oh! A great 80's horror movie! The Unseen! It's on YouTube!

reply

Nice, and i love when movies are on youtube! Makes my life easier for sure..hah.

We use to host big Halloween partys. Everybody in costume! All for adults, but we played silly games. Bobbing for apples...
Pin The Wart on the Witch's Nose.....
You bring a bottle and it all gets dumped into the Big Black Cauldron. After a few drinks that got to be mighty GOOD STUFF!

We have tamed it down since 2008. We have no plans to host or to go to a party this year.
It's home, passing out the candy, watching scary movies....
We only buy the candy we like, and LOTS of it. Whatever is left over is a good thing!

reply

Wow, those parties must have been wild with that witches brew. Sounds like a blast. Costume parties are cool. And yes, always leftovers are a good thing. And yes, I'm sure it was a lot of work to plan a party like that.
