This is really an apples to oranges analogy. And one of these things is not like the others, once of these things is not quite the same.
I think bullying is far more common than lynching was. I mean lynching is always fatal , so you can only lynch a person once, but bullying has a wide spectrum of severity from just one mean comment up to serious injury. And you can bully the same person hundreds of times. So if you just count the incidents, the number of bullying incidents is of course going to be larger. It also depends on how you define bullying. Many times the bullies don't define it that way but the victims do, so who's opinion will you count? Many times in online bullying, both people will see themself as the victim! Nobody ever thinks they are the bully.
For the drugs thing, close to 100% of people are involved in drugs, depending how you define drugs. Coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, prescriptions, they are all drugs. Very few humans have never taken ANY medicinal or recreational substance in their whole life.
