Like next to the "new topic" button, have a "new poll" button.
possible rules: no editing the choices after anyone votes. This lets you fix a typo but as soon as 1 person votes, then no editing the choices.

When awards season rolls around we can vote like we were the academy.
Last night I made a thread about "which movie should I see tonight" I listed 3 choices, , and people needed to reply and type their vote. That could have been a poll instead, and then you don't even need to make a reply unless you want to, but you can vote anonymously.
Oh, that's a really cool idea Popcorn! Especially for recommendations, so that you don't need to sort through a bunch of posts. Fingers crossed that something like that would be added in the future :)
shareI never did any of the polls on IMDb. So I could take it or leave but. Although I'm sure if the feature did come about I'd check it out.
