I think the self-references was one thing, but there were way too many time-fillers.. Put in a bad song, and then show some slow motion.. Show a sauna being built..
I give it a 6/10.. I gave the first one a 9, so I know the potential, and even after 20 years, it didn't seem like anyone worked hard on the script, story, etc.
